Hi, I'm Faye Melanie!
Melanie Faye is a Film Graduate from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, specializing in Documentary Filmmaking. Her thesis film, Mariposa (A documentary about Sexual Child Abuse) has garnered a nomination for the Balangay Trophy at the 20th Cinemalaya Short Film Festival, won best screenplay at the Las Vegas Filipino Short Film Festival and a nomination at the recent Lift-Off Global Network - Sydney. She was also nominated for Pinakapasadong Documentaryong Pampenikula (Best Documentary Film) and Pinakapasadong Bagong Manlilikha ng Pelikula (Most Promising New Filmmaker) at the 26th Gawad Pasado Awards
